Zena Antoniou, TEP, IMCM

Head of Corporate and Commercial

Zena Antoniou is head of corporate and commercial department in the firm and has extensive experience of corporate and commercial matters, in particular, in relation to joint ventures, management and restructuring of corporate entities, insolvency, legal due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, trust law and several other corporate law issues.

Zena has also considerable experience in banking and finance and has advised international financial institutions on many occasions in multi million transactions in relation to finance transactions and security agreements. She is also actively involved in advising upon all aspects of the formation of trust structures including drafting of trust settlements and providing in-depth legal advice on such matters.

Zena is a member of the Investment Migration Council (IMC) and a full member of STEP.
